The Triple Double Edge consists of two main areas, our Mad Hops Jump Program and our Basketball Specific Personal Training program. Our online program helps you set your goals, track your results, test your key attributes and keep your focus. Mad Hops Jump Program

The Mad Hops Vertical Jump program is a 13 week course designed to progress you in power jumping and plyometric jumping. To date, no one to complete this program has been disappointed in their results. We are talking an average of 8.5 inches (which includes those members who did not even complete the 13 weeks) but we have seen gains well in excess of 14 inches.
How can we reel off these statistics?
All of our members enter their results into their members area which gives you (the member) graphs and charts of your progress and training, it also gives us accurate statistics. Plus our members re-test their attributes every 3 months, this includes vetical lead off single leg and two feet jumping.
